C. RENT
The amount of rent varies with the vehicle group, rental period, mile traveled and acquired by the customer protections as tariffs and table covers.
D. SPECIAL SERVICES
- Driver, GPS and a highchair may be available on request and subject to application of tariff;
- drivers may be indicated by charging additional fee for each driver.
E. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Reservations will be made by car group and not by Brand or Model Vehicles, LOCARIO will do its utmost to offer you the kind of car requested, but if at the time of rental vehicle, the group reserved is not available, the customer will receive a vehicle upper tier at no extra cost;
- Reservations are guaranteed until 1 hour after the scheduled time for the removal of the vehicle after this time, the reservation will be canceled;
- corresponds to 24 hours daily;
- will be granted 59 minutes of daily tolerance in maturity of this demand, it will be charged up to the limit of 02 overtime, the overtime will be worth 1 / 5 the value of the "Daily - free mileage" of tariff ;
- After 02 hours will be charged a new day;
- The amount of protection purchased by the customer will be charged from the 1st hour surplus, in part;

- LOCARIO deliver the vehicle properly stocked and clean and it must be returned in the same conditions. OUR PROTECTIONS
The LOCARIO provides additional protections and options during the opening of the Rental Agreement. It is not safe, but a cover for risks of the lease. A service that provides a reduction in the customer's financial responsibility in case of accidents.
• PDW - Partial Protection: The protection offered by the PDW LOCARIO Copper Theft, Theft, Damage and Total Loss, leaving the customer to pay only the cost (shares) listed in our table of protections.
• LDW - Total Protection: The protection offered by LDW LOCARIO Copper Theft, Theft, Damage and Total Loss, leaving the customer to pay only the cost (shares) listed in our table of protections.
• ALI - Third: The protection offered by ALI LOCARIO covers third party bodily and material costs caused to others involved in an accident with the rental car to the limit set in our lease, leaving the customer afford the participation described in our table protections. Material damage to third parties until the limit of $ 30,000.00 and personal injury to the extent of $ 100,000.00 with a share of $ 1,000.00 for all groups.
• Monthly Contracts For participation Raw Damage Claims will be 10% of Vehicle Zero Km value of Table Fipe and Total Loss Claims will be 20% of vehicle value Zero km, Table Fipe value.
• To Biweekly and Weekly Contracts are mandatory hiring of guards LDW and ALI.
• No coverage for damages.
Note: All vehicle LOCARIO Assistance has free 24 hours nationwide (If you exceed 100 km from the headquarters of the rental (Barra da Tijuca - RJ), will be charged $ 2.00 per KM for expenses tow truck / trailer.
